Method of doing Vrikshasana Yoga


First of all, stand upright to do this asana. Now hold one leg of the hand by hand and lift it up and keep it from the other knees. Now remove both the hands and take them above the head. Keep the head straight and look at the front and take a deep breath and stretch the hand up. Stay in this stage for 5 minutes. Then come to normal position. Now, place the other leg on the other side of the knee. Add more hands to the top of the head. Keep your eyes open while doing this asana. Even at this stage, it should be normal for 5 minutes. Do this asana three to four times daily.
